- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss for physical products passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
4. Returns for Physical Books and Products
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while also maintaining clear boundaries for returns.
- Return Window: Returns for eligible physical books may be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unread
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Return Process:
- Contact us at spiritualpreparation7@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately five to seven (5–7) business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- The packaging and shipping label (if applicable)
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost to you, or

We may request that you return the damaged or incorrect item before a replacement or refund is processed.
6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:
- Digital products and downloads (e-books, digital guides, audio, video, or other downloadable content).
- Promotional or discounted items, including items purchased on sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Because of the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final once the download or access link is sent or made available.
7. Cancellations
- Physical Product Orders: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at spiritualpreparation7@gmail.com. We may not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
- Digital Products: Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the download link or access credentials have been sent.
- Events and Tickets: If we offer tickets or registrations for events, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be stated on the event page or at checkout.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us first at spiritualpreparation7@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may be considered a breach of this Policy.
